All purchases made through D’Royal Bride Outlet are considered final sale and are sold strictly “as is.” No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstance.

  • All dresses, accessories, and merchandise are liquidation items sold in their current condition.
  • Alterations, fittings, or cleaning are NOT included in the price.
  • Any needed adjustments, modifications, or laundry are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstance.
  • All sales are final, regardless of client, event changes, cancellations, or sizing issues.
  • We encourage you to review the size charts carefully before completing your order.
  • No credit or store exchange will be granted in the event of cancellation or dissatisfaction.
  • Any merchandise not picked up within 14 days of availability notice will be released for sale, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

Shipping Damage or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. D’Royal Bride is not responsible for damages caused during transit. However, you may email us at info@droyalbride.com within 3 days of delivery to report any irregularities, and we will do our best to assist you.

Sizing, Alterations & Customization Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee exact sizing or custom length matches. Measurements and dye lots may vary slightly from sample.
  • Alterations are optional services and not the responsibility of D’Royal Bride.
  • Alteration services, if needed, are offered only based on availability and at an additional cost.
  • D’Royal Bride reserves the right to accept or decline any dress for alterations before payment is made for such services.

  • D’Royal Bride is not liable for delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers.
